- I use it to prepare your preliminary read and brief, and to follow up by email.
- I never sell your information.
- Marketing emails go only to people who opt in, and you can unsubscribe anytime.

1. Who this policy covers
This policy explains how Integrated Creative Group, operated by Kamesha Cogmon in Birmingham, Alabama ("ICG," "I," "me" or "my"), handles personal information collected through the Ready-to-Launch pages of icgpty.com and through email related to Ready-to-Launch services.
2. What I collect

Property information you send is usually about a building, not a person, but it may include the names or contact details of owners, brokers or tenants. Please share only what's needed for the review.
3. How I use it
- To prepare your free preliminary read, quote and paid deliverables
- To communicate with you by email about your request or project
- To send occasional notes on vacant-space strategy, only if you opted in
- To process payments and keep business and tax records
- To understand how the site is used and improve it
- To protect the site from spam and abuse, and to meet legal obligations
4. AI tools
I use artificial intelligence tools to help research, draft and create concept images. Property details and materials you send may be processed by these tools to prepare your deliverable. I do not knowingly submit personal contact details, such as your name or email, to AI tools for this purpose.
5. Who I share it with
I do not sell or rent your personal information. I share it only with service providers that help me run the business, and only as needed, such as:
- Website hosting and form handling (Netlify)
- Email and file storage providers
- Payment processing
- Analytics tools
- AI research and writing tools, as described above
I may also disclose information if required by law, to protect my rights or safety, or as part of a sale or transfer of the business.
6. Cookies and analytics
This site may use analytics tools that collect information about visits, such as pages viewed and approximate location. Some tools use cookies or similar technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.
7. Email choices
If you opt in to occasional emails, every message includes a way to unsubscribe, or you can email info@icgpty.com. Emails about an active request or project are part of the service and aren't marketing.
8. How long I keep it
- Inquiries that don't become projects: up to 24 months, then deleted
- Client projects and deliverables: up to 7 years, for business and tax records
- Email list contacts: until you unsubscribe
9. Security
I use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so I can't guarantee absolute security.
10. Your choices and rights
You can ask me to access, correct or delete your personal information, or to stop using it for marketing, by emailing info@icgpty.com. I'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state privacy laws, and I'll honor valid requests as those laws require. I may need to keep some records to meet legal or tax obligations.
11. Children
These services are for businesses and adults. I do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
12. Changes
I may update this policy by posting a new version with a new effective date. Significant changes will be noted on this page.
